Aiming the foglights?

hey guys, I just recently had new nokya 7000k fog lights put into my m-tech bumper and I noticed that the passenger side points more towards the ground while the driver's side points more straight forward. Is there a solution to this?

Isn't there a little white adjustment screw you can tinker with just next to and up towards the center of the car?

I don't think they adjust, at least on my m-sport fogs, they just bolt to the bumper and have nothing that aims them at all.

on the e90 pre lci, there is a hole for a philips head screwdriver to go thru ... this helps aim the fog lights up or down

u need to kneel down directly in front of the fog light ... there will be a hole next to the foglight ... this hole is towards the top ... u will need a long philips screwdriver ... clockwise will raise the foglight beam and counter clockwise will lower it ...

u are not removing the fender ... the access points are directly in front of the car which means that you should be standing facing the hood of the car

I believe what he meant was that one bulb's fitment is off. Maybe you didn't secure it all the way. Or maybe one 'fin' of the bulb is out of the socket.

What I meant was the pool of light that is shined in front of the car, however, one of the bulb's fitment actually was off and I ended up going behind the fender and fixed it.

I did take the time to adjust the aim through the way Andy mentioned though, now I have both lights pointed at the perfect angle I want it. Very simple and straight forward

It isnt a phillips head it is an allen wrench or hex wrench. there is a little hole near the top insideof the light. Slide the wrench in and gently tiurn it until you feelit catch in the screw, then tunr left or right to adjust the light beam. It is easier to adjust if you block the other side off with a piece of cordboard or something. Otherwise it is hard to see the individual beam from each side.
Yes this is for the OEM bumper

the housing is a hex like housing, but you still use a phillips head to adjust it ... there is a phillips makring within the hex

Old post but this helped me out...the LCI fog lights are exactly the same. An Allen key works A LOT better for aiming than the screw driver.
