Couple new toys what do you think?
I finally had a chance to get some pics posted.
Just a couple additions; CF OEM Splitters, OEM M Spoiler, Mycarr 7000k Angels (Jurian at EAS, Thanks bro), CSL Rep 19x8 fr - 19x9 rr wrapped in Falken 452's (my boy Hubert at Supreme hooked me up). Tint or no? Lower or no? Rear Spacers or no? Anything Else guys? What do you guys suggest for tinting out the tails and the ambers on the headlights? Preferably without replacing them. Thanks guys [/IMG] [/IMG] i651.photobucket.com/albums/uu235/SpmnE9zero/PicturesFromJim5-8-08028.jpg[/IMG] [/IMG] [/IMG] |

looks good~ I think the "almost standard" mods that you need are
- tint (I wouldnt call this a mod actually, as it comes with so many other benefits other than just the look. I'd think its almost mandatory... ) - blacklines - a drop Then you are alll good to go

The light color interior will make your shade look about 1 shade lighter in the sun or even in the shadow/dark. I have beige leather myself and I have 30% all around on my car. I am deciding if I want to go dark in the rear. There is no law on tinting on the rear window, FYI. So, thinking to go 20% on the rear and 30% front... So, I may get mine redone for the rear, depending on the price they give me on re-doing. on the matteblack grill, or CF. PM JBSpeed. I got mine for $60 shipped! and installation took me 10 minutes, literally. Its a minor subtle mod that will make your car look even better. (see Dave's car above)

Thanks for the info. I like the cf kidneys as well. Good points in tint topic. Never had so many problems with tint in my life! I am going to break down and pay someone I think. |

Car looks fresh! I have replica front splitters and the fitment isn't great. I'm definitely switching to OEM.
I tinted my tails and my front ambers. My tails were a dark vinyl, I'd say about 20%. My front ambers were a lighter "smoked" vinyl, about 35%. Neither of the vinyls had a true tint percentage, I'm just basing it off how it looked after the install. Since your rims are silver, I'd suggest either a light tail tint or get some smoked blacklines. I had 20% tint all around on my windows and I love the look. My exterior is BSM and interior is gray. However, my local police department deemed my car to be too good looking and ordered the front tints to be removed and show them in court. I kept 20% on the rear window and went 45% everywhere else. If the cops near you aren't picky about tints then I suggest 20%. I think the car looks really nice with the rims and personal opinion would be to keep the chrome on your car to match the wheels. My ultimate suggestion is do what you like and what you think will make you happy. |
