Maintenance Service and mods.. HELP

When people mention warranty being voided does that include like oil changes.... brake changes etc?.. Ive been confused for the longest time... What if i were to get an eisenmann exhaust.. then im due for brake change and the whole shabang... can they decline me if they see an exhaust or an intake?

I guess what im really asking is would my maintenance and servicing be effected if I had mods?
