BMW of Westchester now owned by

I was recently at BMW of Westchester and noticed that they are now owned by Ray Catena Auto Group, I hope there service stays the same as before, so far the free complimentary car wash after a repair is gone, no doubt by the new owners.

Dude, Ray Catena has some of the nicest, best quality an highest standards I've ever seen so clearly you have no idea what you're talking about. Theres nothing to be upset about, if anything you should be happy.

Don't believe me? Take a ride down to his Mercedes store on Rt. 1 in Edison (or Porsche, or Aston Martin, or Jaguar, or Infiniti, or either of the Lexus stores...)

Didn't mean their service was bad, only that I've been going there for about three years now before Ray Catena owned it and I always had a complimentary car wash after any work was done, and now that this dealership is owned by Catena they /he took away that free/complimentary service.

Yeah Ray Catena is top notch. My parents purchased a lexus from ray catena lexus in Mammaroneck and had nothing but good things to say about them. I guess this is a good thing because I have heard a lot of complaints about westchester bmw, esp. the service department and the customer service. Never had any experience from them myself.
