BT scan code.. Any input?

Scanned my car today after having a limp mode twice and threw these codes.
Car has only exhaust golf tee mod in back and JB3 and DCI. Is my turbo leaking?

Also do you have to put all your infomation when you first start BT program or can you just not put VIN number and all. Cuz i managed to not put a vin or any info and still scanned my car and deleted without a problem..So does the 3 vin not come in effect or do i need to put the information on it? Or does the codes NOt clear if i do not put my vin and info on it?
