H&R Race and Sport Springs

What is the lowering difference with the race springs and sport springs on a xi????

The race isn't offered for the Xi at the moment but the sports lower the car 1.3" front and 1.2" rear.

i heard that u will have to switch out the stock shocks after you put those springs on.. how much does that run for?
