Active Cruise Control front bumper sensor removal

Anyone ever completely remove the ACC sensor in the front bumper?

My car was a demo and has it. It wasn't on my list of things to get but the money I saved from buying a demo that had everything else I wanted was too good to pass. I absolutely hate the look of it and never use cruise control anyway. I know it'll throw a code but I can live with that.

Anyone? Anyone? Buehler?
