ok so i'm putting my car up for sale. here's the skinny.... 2008 E92 335i. AW with black leatherette interior. Under 11k miles. has extended warranty as well as wheel/tire warranty (they actually just replaced one of my toyo t1r's )

exterior: GP thunder bulbs for angel eyes, tint all around.

interior: single disc mp3 player, ipod adapter in glove, heated front seats,

engine: steptronic tranny

mods: jb3, bms dual cone intake (currently uninstalled but will be included in sale)

sale right now is for everything mentioned here. the wheels and trunk that i currently have on will not be with the sale for the price (can be negotiated) and all OEM parts will be replaced.

KBB price is roughly 37K currently asking 35.5K

wheel warranty covers all aftermarket wheels and tires as long as they're within the specs recommended by bmw. that's at least what they told me in the finance dept.

Is this the same car you were run off the road with and has suspension dmg (looking from your past posts?)

yeah it was all front end suspension and everything was replaced not repaired including the steer mechanism as a precaution. drives the exact same as before the accident. work was done by bankston collision where BMW of Dallas does their body work

I wouldnt be surprised if this info made it onto the carfax, it will lose so much more value then...

yeah i wouldn't be either. i'm not trying to hide anything. if people ask then i'll tell all. actually BMW of Dallas ran my VIN while appraising my car and still offered 34k for it. so if no one buys then i'm just going to trade it in
