Any difference between regular and Ferrari Michelin PS2s?

I was doing a search on TireRack and noticed that there are two seemingly identical 225/35-19 tires, but one is labeled Ferrari and $25 cheaper. All of the specs are identical.

Does anyone know if there is a difference between the two? I wouldn't mind saving $50 on a pair of PS2's. Gary is on vacation, I cannot call TireRack at this time, and I could not find an answer on the web.

Interesting question. The specs are identical.

I wonder if they look different. The pictures are both from a 225/45 ZR17.

I know they have something similar for Porsche, with the N spec tires. All it means is that they are approved by the dealer for usage on their cars. In the case of Porsche, only a handful of tires are N approved. I have heard that the N rating is bestowed upon tires that meet some extra specifications made by Porsche, but it's debatable whether or not they are the same as the mass produced tire.

Probably the same idea as having a star symbol for BMW approved tires.
