New Century BMW
This is a little review of my experience 2 weeks ago with this dealership.
One word AWSOME The story goes like this: My car needed maintenance and New Century is the closest dealership to my house. Car was leased from Crevier, which is another great dealership. My car is in the dealer for less than a day. Im called to go pick up the car so I do. The guy taking care of me was Scott Abrams, great guy. They bring down my car and I notice something. Big Ol scuff on my front bumper. My bumper is an M5 replica and sits low to the ground. Im guessing they didnt compensate for the lowered stance and accidentally scraped the front bumper. I take this up with Scott and he acknowledged that the scuff wasnt there when I brought the car in. So he sets up for me to bring the car the next day so that the dealership can refiberglass the bumper and paint if for me free of charge. AWSOME, my bumper had another scrape on it but they went ahead and fixed that too. Heres the good part; I go in the next day to drop off the car blah blah and im about ready to get setup with my loaner car. Problem with that is that Im 19 years of age and I have to be 21 in order to get a loaner. The car loaner attendant (whos name escapes me) went to the management and comes back 5 min later with the news. He practically fought for me to get a loaner car and he won. Soon after i was set up with an 09 e90 328i in jet black. I was ecstatic. I take the loaner with much pleasure and loved the car for the three days that I had it. The car rode beautifully and still had that new car smell. The car was equiped with Adaptive Xenon headlights which i enjoyed very much, might be a future mod for my car Anywho, I went to pick up my car and I was very pleased with the bumper. The quality of service that this dealership provided was amazing. This dealership really made me feel like I was being taken car of. I thank New Century BMW for taking very good care of my car and Me. Thank you again.

The only dealership that I go to is New Century and Crevier. They are the BEST at service.

Happened to several members on here, inlcuding longtran. That ramp is a killer to lowered cars. I also go to NCBMW. My car never goes up. My SA leaves a note on the windshield...only to be moved by him. It stays @ ground level. Otherwise...NCBMW is awesome shit. Much better than my previous dealerships (BMW of SD, and South Bay BMW).
