offset 43 in 19" fit a new 3 series coupe?

Hi I'm selling my AC Schnitzer type 4 19" genuine wheels on ebay and someone has asked if they will fit a new 3 series coupe. I had them on my 1 series,offset 43, will this fit the 3 ?

if your running 235/35 in the rear you should be fine....my type 5 are 255/35 in the rear

well it will fit but it will be so tuck in
so the new buyer will need spacers
