How to remove turn reflectors

Hey guys i want to try this DIY from one of the members, but i dont see how to remove the turn signal/reflectors, cant think of actual name, the ones just before the front wheels. I think all i have to do is pop them out right? But want to make sure. Have an E90

I have been doing this for a year so so. Its NOT an easy Process and i DONT recomend it unless you are willing to break your headlights ( by accident)


your looking at a 10-15 hour process for both headlights.
