Theres few information i wanna give it to you all.

07 3.35i , 13000km. The car was lying down for long time, i bought the car at 9.000km after drove the car for 4.000km the car gave that problem, i turned the car dealer they run few diagnostic tested , they estimated that its seems Fuel pump problem, but why it could give that problem to just almost a new car?
and i always use 95 or 98 octane from shell. inside view with full kick down.

ha...keep reading on the forum, the fuel pump problem is very common, it could happen on a car w/ 1000 miles.

if they said the pump, have them replace it.

No other opinions needed. The fuel pump is very common. BMW just extended the warranty on it. I replaced one a few days ago on a 535i with 13xx miles on it.

As mentioned even if your standard warranty ended they extended the fuel pump warranty, so you should be good to go, unless they cancelled your entire warranty for some reason.

the fuel pump is a known issue and they have extended the warrantee here in north america. Could be different for europe but i am assuming its the same pump, hence the same underling problem.

This is a copy of the letter sent by BMW:
http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...highlight=hpfp

Show the dealer a copy and explain to them its a known, GLOBAL problem with the part and that they should repair it (goodwill repair).

See if that works...

Iyi sanslar....

They just replace my HPFP, and car runs much better theres a huge diffirince now. car reachs the top speed way easier and better torque , but there s an another thing that they told me , BMW just upgrade HPFP they come up with new part. so what they blieve is , my car is not going to give that problem again. would it be right?

good to hear you are running again... but as others have experienced, your HPFP will probably fail again

did they do it for free or charge you???

They did not charge anything at all, i fax the documantry the one that you give me the link. And fist Bmw-Turkey accept that latter after that they forward it to Bmw-Germany and they approved it. They had to do that cuz its the first car in Turkey had that problem, heres not much 3.35 at all.
