need help...

I was driving on the 405 last night and a flat tire was in the middle of the road... unfortunately I wasn't able to swerve out of the way due to surround cars. I checked my car afterwards and the tire knocked my driver side fog out of place. I had to fish it out from inside of the bumper. I believe it broke the bracket that mounts the fog in place and also scuffed up my aero lip a little bit which hopefully I can buff out.

I guess my question is, does warranty cover this? I'm guessing probably not.

Warranty won't cover it. Your best bet is to repair the damage yourself. Try Tischer BMW to purschase a new fog light bracket.

warranty only covers defective parts, you getting a flat is not due to a defective part... So you will be paying out of pocket on this one...
