just come back to NY
want to start the engine
but I can't
I guess the power of bettery is too low.
but my landlord didn't start it just for two weeks.
what happened

the warm weather wil drain a battery pretty quickly, and I know it's been hot in NY the past few weeks. Also, accidentally leave the glove box open, or other interior light on?

You don't have to acces the battery in the trunk to jump it. There are jump points under the hood. There's a Positive terminal near the "back" of teh engine bay and negative/ground on the driver .

My E46 was dead on Friday and AAA guy can't jump start with one cable it needs on for the front and trunk to get the car going.

It's different for the E90. You can jump start the car from under the hood.

every BMW built since the early 80's (or maybe earlier, but definitely then) has the ability to be jumped from under the hood. there are marked positive terminals, with some sort of RED cover or marking, and there will be a ground stud somewhere near one of the strut towers, either a large hexagonal "bolt" or a small hex stud.

today a AAA guy jump start my car
it works, but after 30 mins i turn off the engine
it's dead again
call AAA guy back and jump start again
he suggest me go back to dealer and have a complete check.
hope it's not a big problem

they told me it might took time to check because he isn't sure it battery's problem or something.

Its either a bad battery or a short somewhere... dealer should be able to take care of it...

What? No way, that can't be right. Can't you open it with the integrated (mechanical) key, not the fob, even if the battery is dead? The manual seems to indicate you can.
