Was wondering what would be your guys suggestions on products and service you guys would like to see. I am also a E90 driver and would like to know your guys opinion. This shop is planning to open up in the San Diego area.. Any suggestion would be great, thanks you guys in advance....

You're probably going to wan to keep costs down by buying product in bulk through various vendors. I would bet most of the stuff people you on their own cars would be too expensive for a business to use.

Make sure that every customer is treated with quality as should your products be. Also you should have all your products in labelless bottles. Making it seem as if they are your own home made products and customers cant get em anywhere but at your shop. Look at Lexus: every customer is satisfied and once you own a Lexus, they own you for life. Do the same with your shop, once you get them there once, they will keep coming if you over satisfy them.
