335i sedan lease...possible
Returning bmw customer 335i sedan at invoice and with $1000 lease cash june incentive
56% for 36 months at 15,000 a year miles Money factor is .00225 for 335i sedan 300 maco fee 180 training fee 450 to 800 bank fee so around 1500 due at signing invoice : msrp 335i 37,075 : 40,300 auto 1,260 : 1,325 comf A 455 : 500 hi-fi 795 : 875 PremP 2410 : 2,650 total 41,995 : 45,650 lease for invoice 45650*.56=25,564 41,995-25,564= 16,431-1000 lease cash 15,431 15,431/36=428.63 41995+25,564=67,559*.00225=$152 + 428.63=580.63 * 1.07 (tax)= $621 incls tax(nj) for 36 months with 15k milage a year with $1500 due at signing so this is best case with car at invoice and 1000 lease cash. Would a dealer go for this? Or invoice is out of the question?

My current 335i lease
I just ordered my 335i on June 11th after about 3 weeks of shopping around and talking to various dealerships. This is what I got
335i Sedan Manual Metallic Paint (Le Mans Blue) Leather (Saddle Brown) M-Sport Package Heated Seats Logic 7 Stereo System usb/Ipod Adapter Dealer is throwing in mats & wheel locks as well MSRP: 50,750 36 months lease 12K a year $647.86 a month (includes PA tax of 9%) and $2535 out of pocket (includes the first month) I did qualify for the BMW Loyalty program as I had 2 BMW with BMW Financial in the past 6 months. I first got this deal from Jason Phelps of Competition BMW in NY, he was great and very helpful but unfortunately 3 hours away from me. Joe Leung of Princeton BMW (NJ) matched it and since they are 40 min away from me, I ordered the car from him. Hope this helps.... Igor |
