Is McKenna Service bad?
I've done some search and it seems like everyone talks shit about anything to do with that company. I was wondering if people can chime in and let me know if the service dept was ok?
I need to see whats my best option to take my car to for service. Loaner is wanted but not a must as long as i can get shuttle to work and to pick up the car. I really appreciate all the help. |

if you are referring to Mckenna at Downey, i personally had great experience with them, i've had different SA each time i got my car serviced, and each SA was friendly, helpful; i've also seen a few highly modded BMW there for service as well, so i assume they are mod friendly as well, overall, great service!
