2007 e92 335i CPO Price question

Hi,

I am shopping around for e92 335i's and found two I am seriously interested in but I think the listed prices are little high..any opinions on how or what price to negotiate with the dealer?

Car 1:
AW/Black CPO with 22k
COLD WEATHER PKG, SPORT/PREM PKG, LOGIC7 SOUND, COMFORT ACCESS, PARK DISTANCE CONTROL, NAVIGATION

$37,990, it's been listed at this price for about 2 months.

Car 2:
AW/Terra CPO with 38k
SPORT/PREM PKG, LOGIC7 SOUND, HEATED SEATS

$33,990, it was listed at 35,990 a couple of weeks ago.

Has anyone recently bought 07/08 e9x CPO's? What kind of prices/perks are people getting? Any input/info would be greatly appreciated.

A/W Black on lot for almost 60 days, hmmm rare. Probably looking to move the car pretty soon, make a low ball offer on it, they will be looking to take it to the auction pretty soon and they are only going for 32,000 at manheim aution right now and that is for an 08. They will negotiate.

Thanks for the info. I was thinking of offering 33k and seeing what they would say.

Is that too low?
