Thumbs down Westchester BMW owned by Ray Catena going downhill

I went the other day to Westchester BMW which is now owned by Ray Catena for one of my headlights not working and within the hour they told me that the module is not working ,have to special order it and they would call me by Friday so that they can install it on Saturday.

No one called me on Friday regarding the headlight, at least to tell me if they got it or not, which tells me that their customer service is beginning to go downhill really fast.
Their alleged reputation sure isn't convincing me so far.

Does anyone know if BMW of Mamaroneck is recommended or not ?

Dont know. When I bought my car from a dealer in NJ they told me they'd call me when my plates get in. A week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks go by. They never called and I had to call them on the day my temp. registration expired to ask where the hell they were. They only gave me one key at delivery. Said they'd order me another free. Its been almost 2 months of owning the car and I just got the key a couple days ago after repeated calls to the sales man and the manager of the dealer.

Thumbs down

Just a quick update, they finally repaired my headlight , a week later, but their service is still bad, when the person assisting me initially told me they were going to repair it on a Saturday and call me the Friday before and he didn't, I found out later that they don't do any repairs on Saturdays, only oil changes..

Mind you I've seen this rep there for years , and he didn't know that they don't do repairs on Saturdays?

I forgot to mention that it must be true , that when a BMW owner gives them a not so good survey after any repairs, etc., they don't send you any more surveys. Since after my last repair , they never sent me a survey, I guess they fear bad reviews of their service, in which I was.
