Resetting Warning Lights on 2008 328xi
Gentlemen,
I've recently purchased a 2008 328xi salvage unit and have completed repairs. I need to get the warning lights reset (seat belt and air bag) and don't really want to go to the dealer since I may need to reset multiple times to get things right. Also, I don't learn anything if I let the dealer do it. I recently ordered an INPA cable and downloaded the software but an having problems installing and using the software Are there any reasonably priced tools/software that can read and reset the warning lights fro a 2008/e90 series BMW? Anyone out there familiar with INPA who might be able to give me a few hints? This is my first BMW in10 years. My last was a 1986 325es I drove for 11 years and 246K miles. Thanks for any help you may be able to provide. BTW I'm in South Jersey jmd_forest |

Gentlemen, Thank you for the response. I've thought about the Technics software but didn't want to shell out the $300 for what I hope is a one time thing. I'll try figureing out how to PM nj323c1.
Thanks again. jmd_forest |
