I think that is a great deal. I got mine with the same options (maybe a few more 7 logic, and cold weather package) but with 5000 miles for 41000 and 44,500 out the door. That is a steal.

Just got an 08 335i with 4k miles / Sport package / no nav / Sat radio / paddle shifters /etc. for $33K. I'd say your deal is great given you've got the iDrive.

I purchased an 08 335i e90 (5k miles, sport, premium, cold, 6 sp manual, conf access, ipod, winter wheels/tires) last month for $34.5 from a private dealer in IL.

Do you know the "in service" date? (the month the car is considered in service and the warranty years start ticking). Mine was 09/08, so I have til 09/12 on the warranty. If that car was an early 08 (with an in service date in 2007), you could have less than 3 years left on the warranty.
