Brian Jessel BMW

hey guys, a coworker of mine bought in 325ci for service at Brian Jessel, and upon getting the car back, he noticed they changed his "THE BMW STORE" plate frame to a "Brian Jessel BMW" license plate frame. lol

thought it was kinda funny. i told him at least he didn't get the Brian Jessel sticker !!

any of you guys got similar stories?

why they do that without asking the owner?
what a dumb marketing approach
giving people free plate holder, why not give them cash or coupons?

I've got a nice collection of BJ BMW plate frames now. I just change it back to my Parkshore BMW ones every time they do it since they put the old one in the trunk.

I'm not sure what I'm going to do with all my BJ BMW frames now ... maybe one day I will have enough to finally get a BMW loaner when I go in for service.

First thing I do is remove all stickers and license plate frames when I get a new car. I tell them that if they want me to advertise for them, it will cost -- like those cars with vinyl ads on them.

Wow, that's pretty sneaky of them!

When I bought my cars from them, I always specified licence plate frames are ok, but no stickers.

I best not have my license plate frame removed when I go in for a service. The bloody set cost me $25!

That would doubly piss me off if I was the owner b/c the Store ones are way nicer. Aren't they the clear plastic that protect the plate too, not just a frame?
