Hey guys, I know there are TONS of threads and I have searched, but I thought I would get your opinions as well.

I'm looking to either get VRM CSL reps, V710s, or OEM 230. My question, who is the best vendor (ie good customer service, price, etc.)

(Looking for 19", staggered, silver, tires, and shipping to Vancouver Canada, or 98230)
