Hi Guys, I'am new here. Been reading up on the forums for a while but this is my first actual post. I recently bought a 2007 335i with 9k miles on it and installed the BMS dual cone intake.

The install went fine, but after 10 to 15 miles the TPM malfunction light came on.

I'am really confused since I thought the sensors were on the tires. Anyone have any ideas on what I should be checking? I tried resetting it through though the Navi with no luck.

try checking your tire pressure?

there's no way an intake could cause a TPM malfunction. none of the parts have anything to do with each other.

did you really have to post three threads for the same problem?

That's what I thought, I will check the tire pressure. I just thought it was strange since the TPM is there to check the tire pressure. Think I should try to disconnect the neg. terminal to? Thanks for the help.

I was confused on where to post. If your read where I posted my first thread everyone said I was in the wrong place. Like I said I'am new. Sorry!
