I also have this hood and for the sake of helping out the OP .......

yes, it fits all e92/93 models

AND

yes, it will work with the factory struts however, you may find the M3 hood struts allow for a more controlled hood release. The factory struts work better with the heavier hood rather than the lighter cf hood.
