Angel Eyes and Fog Lights Help!!

1) Which one of the angel eyes kit (error Free) is the brightest and the best (OTHER THAN the 500$ LEDS)

2) I have 2 hid H8 kits i was wondering what i can do to get them to work on my 07 e92 without errors? (i tried 2200uf and 4700uf capacitor both of them turned on the hid kit for a while but then shut off after a minute)
Any help thank you

For LEDs, RD would be the way to go. They won't be as bright as factory but they are also pretty affordable.

less than 500, racing dash led's are a great viable option!
