Tyre pressures for 19" MSport on an E91
Hi,
I've done a search but can't pin down the info I think I need. I've just got some 19" M Sport 225 style wheels with Bridgestone RFTs that I'm going to fit on my E91 330d. This currently has 18" MV3s with Mich PS RFTs at the pressures indicated on the door jam. For Normal load this is - 2.3 bar (33psi) Front, 2.7 bar (39psi) Rear (For Heavy load this is - 2.7 bar (39psi) Front, 3.2 bar (46psi) Rear) For several 17/18" tyres the suggested pressures are all the same - the exception being some Mud&Snow tyres options which seem wider (and have higher recommended pressures). In order to inform what I should put in the 19"s, can someone tell me what the pressures are for an E92/93 with both 18" and 19" - so I can see if there is a difference between the 18"/19" (I suspect they are the same) and whether the E92 18" are different to the E91 18" (I suspect these are different). If this is the case logic suggests I should use the same pressures in the 19"s as in the 18"s. If its not, then I'm open to suggestions! Thanks in advance. |

...can anyone with an E92, or E93, please have a look on their door pillar and post up what the tyre pressures are for :
a) the 18" 225/40/R18 front and 18" 255/35/18 rear tyres, and also the b) the 19" 225/35/R19 front and 19" 255/30/19 rear tyres, I'm fitting my 19" MV4s now on my E91 and would like to cross check Many thanks |
