thinking about selling my 19" run flat tires
i took delivery of a 2007 335i on tuesday and thinking about switching from runflats to regular rubber. fronts are 225/35R19 bridgestone re050 RFT and rears are 255/30R19 bridgestone re050 RFT. tires have about 200km on them

Do you dislike them that much? I'm thinking about getting 19s next spring. I'm not interested in buying any now but I'd probably stick with run flats for the sake of safety and convenience.

i find the ride a little too stiff, but most of all i'm concerned with the stiff sidewalls contributing to cracked rims. bmw even offers rim insurance because it happens so often with these tires. my two rear rims were replaced when CPO found they were damaged.

there's nothing safe and convenient about the stock run flats when you take them to the rain.
