Angel eyes upgrade!

Hey guys,

I recently purchased the mtech angel eye bulbs from e92-lighting and there different from the OEMs but not brighter than i thought they would be nor do i see any blue. Can anyone recommend me what to do on getting blue and brighter angel eyes?

Thanks!

What's wrong with stock?...because no matter what anyone says nothing beats the quality and visibility of OEM.

Expect to shell out some $$ for LED's or custom angels otherwise. There's some nice set-ups out there, but it gets pretty ridiculous in terms of price.

Huh,
Everything out there is redick for $. It's all about customizing your car and making it the way you want it and not careing about what others say about it.
I just installed the RD V2's and I love them, they cost less than a hundred dollars and the light they put out compared to the stock are remarkabley brighter. There is no comparison to what looks better and personally I like them, all that matters.

I think there are a lot of folks out there who would disagree with this part of your statement. Agree there's nothing low quality about the stock bulbs but the LED setups out there are definitely brighter and allow for different color hues. They are a bit more expensive but as mods go that change the appearance of your car fairly dramatically they are relatively inexpensive.

RD's are ok , but these are the only ones I would consider. After seeing these baby's in person there's no way I would settle for less.

And for that kind of money it's better spent elsewhere, but that's me. changing the bulbs of a few rings around the headlights would be last on my list.

450whp would be 1st...

A good LED set-up is hardly inexpensive from what I've seen. In my previous statement I was talking more about the "quick fix" cheap cosmetic angel eye upgrades like GP thunders, etc that all run <$100 .....aren't all that great IMO. If you're gonna have them done, look above.

Cheap angels, look boy ricer and extremely tacky on a BMW.

OK? Are you serious? They look better than the ones you posted. There not the V1's btw they are the V2's, a lot better quality, brighter, and bluish tint over V1's. I will post up pics once I get my Mtec Cosmos installed in my fogs.
I think you will change your mind when you see them.
Oh yah, btw mine are LED's not the cheap cosmetic Thunders for under a hundred through the right vendor of course!

You're leaving out Marc and the Lux e92's. I'd bet they're better than the RDs, but I haven't seent them side by side. Anyhow, I don't think a $200 mod is expensive, even if the stock bulbs are $20 (or less). Bright blue or red is not to my taste either, but to each his own.

+1, I do agree that most people claim the Lux 5.0's are the way to go @ $200.00 a set. However I came across the RD's for a good price and figured I'd givem a shot. So far so gr8!

if your looking for some blue, you need to get racing dash leds for e92, it will have a slight blue color and also it will stay the same color after you turn your xenon's on

Try Camaross Elite kit. Very bright and distinct during the day and night. No dimming when you turn on your headlights. You can use your GP Thunders or Mtech bulbs too.
