Historically, when does BMW offer its best lease rates?

I am in no rush to get a 335, so I can wait to take advantage of the best residuals and MFs. I heard somewhere it's around Jan/Feb...is that accurate?

TODD, when are you going to give me a call? I like to make up for the rates, with a end of year or end of month deal.....
Rates are important, but the flex the payments a little month to month, except in the begining of a car launch....then you just need time after they start to roll in....

Residuals and MFs are not linear & often move in opposite directions.
The residual normally drops through the model year,
therefore you will be applying the MF on a larger balance.

MFs don't usually change much untill sales volumes drop a little.
Normally best MFs are at the end of the model year.
They also reflect the current cost of money.

MainLineE90Man, I asked you to e-mail me in my last PM to you. Maybe you didn't get it. I don't know your name. I didn't want to call the dealership and ask for mainlinee90man
