Junkie's Dyno Adventures
Hi Folks,
I wanted to create another post with my end user experience. I finally got off my butt, read the documentation on how to do logging and spent a couple dollars at the dyno. Car = 2007 E90 AT (30K miles) Gas = Union 76 - 91 octane from California Mods = look at my signature (in case you don't read it, I do have race cats) Map = PROcede Rev II Canbus with Stage 3 Map 7/23 - I'm beta testing this map User Settings = All Default (which means Ignition Correction = 100%) This dyno chart has the performance numbers for my car: ![]() This dyno chart has the ambient information during the runs: ![]() This next picture is a screenshot of the datalog for one of the dyno runs: ![]() This dyno chart is to give a point of reference. I've done enough dyno runs between different places to know that calibration is not universal. Here my car vs. a E90 M3 with DCT that was on the dyno 30 mins before mine (its about same ambient scenario), take it for what its worth. ![]() Subjective Comments: . I'm thoroughly enjoying the car, its drives incredibly smoothly. As the dyno plots show its smoothness at WOT, that level of smoothness also exists at all partial throttle positions that occur in my day to day commute. If you're in the SF South Bay Area and are curious about my setup, don't hesitate to PM me. I'll do a separate post about my Wavetrac LSD and Rear Subframe bushing experience. Thanks for reading and welcome to the weekend. Junk

Looks good. And that's exactly what it should be. Less than 14psi of boosts at peak hp rpm
![]() Get some catless dps in there and see what it does! Cheers, Shiv |

Hi Shiv,
Thanks ... just to make a correction, I do have catless downpipes, but I have race cats in my exhaust. Not sure if there is a much of a difference where you put the "pinch in the straw", but I'm considering removing those cats too (for offroad use - of course). ![]() Junk
