brightest angel eyes?

hey guys any idea what the top three brightest angel eyes are? a nice bright blue color? and where i can get them?

I agree with below. It seems that the LCI rings are brighter.

These are just the cheapie GP Thunder 8500K bulbs. They still look great, but thinking about changing back to stock.
