Hi,

Does anyone have any experience with JB+? I am leaning towards it b/c it's tune is more conservative and that it's easier to install compared to JB3. That is, there's no playing with the ECU.

Anyone has any experience with JB3 and JB+ in Toronto/ London area? Would I be happy with just JB+? Is JB+ detectable by dealership? Although product producer says it's safe from detection, I still have reserves. Anyone?

I would get the JB+ and you can always upgrade to the JB3 within 6-months with full credit as well (You get a full refund on the JB+)

I am in Mississauga so can help with install of the JB3 as well, as the JB+ is super easy, but can help with that as well. I have both in stock.

Let me know if you have any more questions. I also have the BT Pro cable so I can always scan your car if you are worried about detection or you can get a BT tool for yourself. Great peace of mind.

i have JB+. very simple install and uninstall when you need it. good power increase (im set to ~85%) i am happy with it.

Mike, i did have a question. running JB+ on max at 91 oct, what advantages would JB3 have running map 3 (since i will be running 91 oct.)

There are a few advantages

1) 20-25 hp/tq

2) Smoother power delivery and shift points

3) More power under the curve

4) Can take advantage of mods like DPs, IC, DCI

I have had a few people upgrade from the JB+ at 100% and they noticed HUGE gains and improved overall drivability. Its a great upgrade for 300.00USD

You can always get the enthusiast version and hopefully find one other Bimmer to split with and it becomes very cheap.

Go with JB3 buy it through Mike@N54Tuning.com and have him install it for a very very reasonable price. Both my friend and I bought it from him and had him install it. He's the best in GTA
