Another Tint Thread!

well, it seems like a dozen threads popped up in the past few days about tint so I thought I'd join the club Been sick of how light my tint was so I took it in this morning and hed it re-done.

Not sure what the old tint % was as it was like that when I bought it but now it's 4% all around (except the windshield)

1st pic b4, 2nd pic after (Duh, right?)

That's really dark bro. It's always hard to tell what the outcome will be until you see it I guess. Looks good though imo. Maybe a whee bit dark, but then again you live in AZ so I guess you need to have dark windows

Well I'm not sure if limo tint is defined as anything past 5% or if it's only 0% but I'm at 4% now so basically, yes.

I just had 40 percent 3M crystalline put on all my windows and 70 percent on the windshield. It was expensive but well worth it. Blocks more heat then limo tint but I can see well at night which is the problem for me with darker tints. Tinting the windshield with the 70 percent is great. Blocks tons of heat and after a week on the car it becomes so clear that you cannot tell it is on. I have yet to have a passenger know that it had tint unless I tell them. In AZ tint is mandatory for heat and of course it looks great also.

With your tint that dark expect to get a ticket or two. DPS has been making this a point of emphasis since they have cameras doing their jobs for them these days.

Looks cool but I can't imagine that's not dangerous driving at night...
