November 21-22 - Hosted by the LA Chapter. Who's going to these events? I'm going to Buttonwillow and Willow Springs for sure, trying to make it to one more if possible ![]() 1000 Posts for me ![]() |

Last year it was 95-100 degrees... Don't think it would be any cooler this year...
I probably will run my car stock as well, don't think it would be wise to run Procede level of boost in this kind of heat |

![]() I grew up in the area (Bakersfield) and usually by mid September temperature will hoover around high 80s to mid 90s with an occasional spike up to 100 in rare occasions. I'm in for Buttonwillow and 99.95% sure for WSIR, can't make Infineon (especially not when it happens the weekend before SEMA). May try to convince my dad that his E60 545i needs to see some serious track action at Buttonwillow. ![]() |

I'll definitely be at Buttonwillow, would love to do Infineon, but I have to drive to Vegas for SEMA on Sunday, so that won't happen. And I'd love to do Willow, but I won't have my car anywhere near complete by then.

It's because of the extra "hard" water they have in the area for farming. I remember that feeling when growing up in the area...Then my folks installed water softener in their place and all is good.
