Can BMW Assist Concierge do this?

If I called up BMW Concierge, could they get me the number to say, the World Market store in my hometown? or Even connect me to them?

I'm just trying to gague what they can do. I'm told their abilities are comparable to American Express Platinum Concierge.

They could definitely get you the number.

I'm sure they would call for you - whether they can "connect" I'm not sure.

Interesting! I hae trouble connecting when I'm down town and near the cable stations. I was told they interfere with the signal.

We have areas like that in Jacksonville, where even my tmobile phone will just crap out, it's cause of all the energy in the air I suppose, with the hertz, and etc.....

(hertz. not like the rental car company, lol)

I have had both Amex and now BMW concierges. They are similar and perform about the same. Recently, an airline lost my bags with my suits etc. on a Sunday PM. All the stores were closed in town and at the airport. I had a business meeting early the next morning. BMW concierge found me a store (albeit a discount store) that was opened until 11:00 PM in another town and found a shirt, slacks and tie to get me by. Luggage came as I was on the way to the store. It sometimes takes awhile for BMW assist to connect you to the conceirge so, I find it easier to call the 1800 number.
