difference between m sport and SE?

What's the difference between M sport and standard suspension, is it just the springs or is it the complete setup (springs, shocks and roll bar)?

I want to change up my stock bmw suspension to M sport, what's the best way of doing this guys?

you should buy the shocks ,springs and strut mounts , i think anti roll bars are proportional with the engine capacity , in my opinion just leave your stock suspension cause its stiff enough and just buy springs if u wanna lower it
