Don't know which of you had him as an SA. But he was a really cool cat. Whereas everyone else there was a stuck up prick, Al took really good care of me. Gave me the best loaners and got me in there as quick as possible. Scary thing, we would always talk about his boat and he wanted some tips on things to say to his gf in her native language.

Unbelievable! I've had Al as my SA for over a year (5 - 7 services on three different cars). He actually struck me as being more level-headed than some of the other SAs I've dealt with. Really hard to imagine him doing something like this!

May God have mercy on him.

you are assuming that we just read about this guy and his actions. He WAS a good guy in the beginning.

What if your best friend whom you've known for years decided to take out his gf. Up to that time he was the best person but all of a sudden he snapped. No way in hell am I condoning his actions. Just remembering what a nice guy he was.

Wow I just caught up on this and that goes to show you that you have no idea of the depravity of the individuals you may meet in an everyday occurrence. The guy seemed like any other joe-shmoe working at the dealership - but he'll probably rot in hell for eternity for what is the most obvious of situations to get out of, jealousy.

I feel sorry for that lady's family.
