Need help cleaning my bumper, stupid problem!

So guys, I recently took off my aero lip and I used 3m tape to hold it. So after having it on for about 5 months. I took of the lip for some cleaning and I noticed some of the glur from the 3m tape is still stuck ont he bumper.

My car is white so it is noticable, and I wanted to know whhat I can do to take it off?

I have tried cleaning it for an hour and it doesnt come off!

Some tips or advice plz!

Goo gone works well. Any auto parts store should have PrepSol or 3M Adhesive Remover.
