Squeak

There's an annoying squeak coming from the front of my 318i. At first I thought it was from the front suspension as some others have reported but when I opened the bonnet and very lighty jiggled the air intake or any part of the frame there it was again. Not enough to move the suspension - barely touching anything in the engine bay causes it. Sounds like it's coming from somewhere near the intake manifold.

I think I'll leave some cheese in the engine bay tonight and see if it's gone in the morning!

Pretty annoying

What kind of cheese are you using?

Need to be careful to wait for the engine to cool down or you will have fondue everywhere.
