Its a yellow light.

Its a picture of the car being on a "lift".

Have checked the owners manual and it says, if its yellow its either brake light warning or fuel faulty.


Have checked the lights ........... all are fine, however if I drive very slow and normal it will not come on.

If I put my foot down and hit 3000rpm, it comes on.

Once I stop and turn the ignition off and back on it will not come on , until I do that again, where it will.


Its just had a new Air Mass Sensor fitted, which I do not think was done at a BMW Garage (not while I owned it) ?


Once it has this error, I get a warning sign in the top right of my OBC, and the Cruise control will not work either.



Any ideas ........ ??

If it was me I would be taking that car back to the garage by now ,one thing after another with it .

I thought that was the generic service symbol. I got that when my brake pads and fluid needing changing. Have you checked the computer to see if it says any service is due?

no service is due, next thing due is the diesel particle filter in march 2010.

tbh, I am overall happy with it, its just a few problems, which for the price and not from a BMW Garage I am happy with, just need to get sorted.

Aircon = fine
Locking Nut - My fault, was there all the time

There not major issues, i would not worry! Get it to the garage and see if that can be sorted!
