Have Question on Indian Law with front door

Im trying to understand the orientation of the front door.

If I take my car and point the front of my car to the front door of a property my compass in the rear view mirror reads NW

SO does the front door actually face NW or SE?

What is the law with how the front door MUST face? I read some websites about vatsu and they seem to say people looking for east orientation take the vatsu guidliness too literally.

the compass on ur rvm tells ur the direction ur car is facing, so if ur car is facing the front door and ur car and the door are facing opposite directions then the door must be facing SE...

I'm surprised you can't figure this out...
