Guys heads up
My cousin was in a real bad accident this morning on rte 24. He was on his way to work at about 730, lost control of his car, hit the gaurdrail, flipped multiple times, and landed in the bushes. His motor was found 100 ft away from the vehicle, and the police and emt's said if he was in any other car besides a BMW, he wouldnt have made it. The car was unrecognizable. He was medflighted to Brigham and Womens and he's in surgery right now. Fractured his left knee, completely shattered his left leg, broke his shoulder and arm, and bruised his lungs. He also had a huge gash on the back of his head that caused him to lose half of his blood.
Shoot some prayers out his way. And drive safe guys. Thanks |

Thanks guys. Thank God his 6 month old wasnt in the car. He just got out of his first surgery. They found out he shattered his hip too, and the shoulder is broken in 3 places.

last month i flipped my e46 over a stone wall and tumbled through the woods and knocked down trees . walked out with a small scrape and a hurt ego (and over 20,000 in damages). I can 100% attest to bmw safety because it could have easily been a fatal crash in a less awesome car. Hope he's ok tho it has really helped me realize that if you are alive after a wreck you are lucky (tho you dont feel lucky at the time)

My prayers go to him and his family. Working nights at a Level 1 trauma center at night really opens up your eyes to this type accidents.

Glad to hear he is alive - that is all that matters. Cars, property, everything else is replaceable.
Best wishes to him for a speedy and complete recovery!
