I replaced the two 8" subs under the driver & passenger seat with some earthquake subs. It's actually more than enough bass for me, plus I still got a trunk full of space to keep all of my garbage. lol

Let me know if you want to check it out sometime. Use that as a benchmark to see if you want more, and how much more, than go from there!

when you replaced the subs under the seats did you also add an amp? this seems like a very good setup. i dont listen to my music loud enough so that people down the street will hear my bass so this seems like a good set up. was it a simple swap or was there some custom work involved?

mind me asking where you got this done? did they order parts for you?

I forgot the exact model of amp I'm running, but it's a monoblock pushing out I think 300watts rms. If I remember correctly, you should get the 4ohm subs if you plan on adding a sub, 2ohm if you don't. I say if you're gonna do it, do it right and get the 4ohm with an amp.

I ended up going to Frankie and his crew over at 20Hertz off a recommendation by Soks (thanks again Soks!). The work was pretty much straight forward, but they did need to make a half inch spacer to clear the magnet. They did a heck of a job and took care of me. They were pretty busy but still managed to squeeze me in when I'd call them to them I'm coming by last minute. lol
