Engine Oil Change Question: BMW did not reset!

Hey, I've got the scheduled oil change done on July because I had the car for a year. However, they forgot to reset the oil change meter, and it's now showing I only have 3900 km left for a next oil change.
If I take it to dealer, do they just replace the oil at free of charge again?
or they just reset the oil meter?

My dealer also left it untouched when they changed my oil as the yearly service. And the SA told me to bring the car back for another oil change when the computer said so. :-)
