My V2s come in this week and I haven't seen anything but complaint threads about the KWs lately lol. That's too bad about yours, hopefully it's not too bad.

yep. it took about a month to get the part out and back to me. you can always either replace just one corner or both corresponding corners but then you are driving like a rake.

other option is to buy one (~$600 a shock) but then the front shocks are diff part numbers...rears are the same and you can have a spare
