UPDATED with Video (Finally: 6MT Throttle Delay Fix beta testers wanted)
Hi guys,
By tomorrow night, I should have some maps and firmware ready to email out to some adventurous 6MT Rev.2 users. This includes all the new shifting updates that will make your car behave very differently If you want to test it, please do the following: 1) Email me (shiv@vishnutuning.com) and write (word for word) "Throttle Delay Fix beta tester" in the subject. PLEASE write this word for word because I'm going to sort my emails by subject and email the maps out all at once. If your emails don't sort properly, you wont get the update. Please DO NOT PM me asking for this update. 2) Please confirm in your email that you are a REV.2 CANbus user and you have a 6MT. This feature will not work in a Rev.1 properly. It will cause an overboost/limp condition since it cannot read the necessary CANbus data to enable/disable the Throttle Delay Fix feature. So please don't try it. Also, if you are one of the very few Rev.2 users that are running pre-CANbus harnesses, update yourself man! You can't run this new stuff without it There will be additional information in the email (along with new maps and firmware update). So please be sure to read that when you get it. It's gonna be a fun weekend... Cheers, Shiv Last edited by OpenFlash; 09-18-2009 at 11:09 PM.. |

lol.. it's kinda funny how so many people post up, telling me that they sent me an email
Looks like we will have nearly 100 people testing the new beta map/firmware this weekend. Email will go out shortly Cheers, shiv |

And if I'm checking my email every 5 minutes, do I have some sort of problem that I need to talk to someone about ?
