ok the dog is up for adoption here in OT

I found this guy and its going up for adoption on E90post. I tried all available resources to try to find his owner, but the bastard is no where to be found.

I will give until Monday the 21st for any1 that wants him to pick him up from me, before animal control picks him up on Monday.

I actually just came back from a shelter near my house trying to sign him up for a vacation spot, but failed because I live in another county than the shelter even tho im literally 15 mins away from it. So I took it as a sign that I should try to put him up for adoption first before the pound.

So a little about him, his name is Jackson, black, tan and white. He followed my dog, Boner home while Boner went out for a little stroll. My neighbors reported seeing him roaming my neighborhood for a couple days b4 I found him, so hes been lost for a while. He is def not a stray since hes got a collar and tag (no owner info.) and in perfect physical health and appearance. The pound said he looks like a Congi mixed with Dauschend (sp?) about a year old judging from the teeth.

The following are observations I made about his behavior and temperament while he is in my custody.

His name is Jackson.
He does NOT chew.
He rarely bark.
He barks at black people.
He whines every once in a while, but shuts up if you tell him to shut up.
He jumps on people.
He responds to sit and nothing else.
He is NOT neutered.
He has a HUGE dong.
He is pretty active.
He gets excited very easily.
He gets along GREAT with other dogs (my dog a pit, my neighbors yorkie, couple big dogs at the pound) no aggression at all. When the playing gets tough, he will belly up.
He gets along with all people so far including kids.
I don't know if he is house broken or not since I kept him tied up in my backyard because he is small enough to squeeze thru my fence, but from what I can see the limited time he was allowed in my house and his behavior, i would say that Im 80% sure he is house broken.

send me a PM if you are interested. and unless you are on my way to work from Fontana to Chino, CA. you gotta pick him up from my house.

REMEMBER Im only willing to extend his stay at my house until Monday. If he is still here Monday morning, Im calling animal control. I don't want to but I have no choice.

Please include answer the following in your PM

Do you want him as a permanent pet or holding him until you can find him a home.
Do you own any other pets? What kind?
Do you have a yard?

If there are more than 1 offer to adopt, I will base my decision on your answers to the above 3 questions.

Anyway glad to see your putting him up on here 1st, if I was <300 miles I would pick him up but I'm on the other side of the country.

Does he know his name well? If he doesn't maybe we should call him Bavarian.
