oil question
im not really an expert on these things, im slowly learning, but my meter is showing about 3/4 on the oil. the car has rougly 3200 miles, and im probably gonna do an early oil change at around 5000 my dealer recommended. today i payed a visit and test drove the 335ci, let me tell you, that thing is amazing, i hit 120 in it! the car is an absolute beauty, the sound, the feel, i wish i can afford it lol but anyways, he gave me a quart of oil when i told him it was alittle low. should i add the whole quart, does anyone know exactly how much oil the engine has etc, the meter is at 3/4, i just dont know how accurate the computer is since it only shoes it in intervals of 1/4 and i dont know how much to add or leave it. thanks in advance.

The manual says to ONLY add oil when the level is down to the add 1 qt mark therefore I would not. (It does really pay to read the manual when you have questions like this.)

You don't need to add yet, but to be at 3/4 with such low mileage I would recommend you keep your eye on it. Check it at least once a week and look for any sign of leaks.
That's not to scare you. The E90s are known to burn a bit of oil and you may never lose another drop, but it took me about 15,000 miles to get to that point.
